The upgrade

Your website, plus the follow-up.

A website gets the inquiry. This handles what happens next — so leads don’t sit in an inbox while you’re on a job.

Implementation from $500, based on scope.

Talk through your workflow Third-party software, messaging, CRM, scheduling, and AI usage fees are billed separately unless your proposal says otherwise. May require a business phone number change. Automated messages are tested and monitored, but no system is perfect.

The fine print, in large print

Exactly what you get. Exactly what costs extra.

Your domain

Standard domain registration and management are included while your agreement is active: registration, renewals, DNS, connecting it to your site, and help with domain issues. It’s registered in your name wherever possible.

Extra work

Additional standard page
$150
Development & updates
$100/hr
Monthly updates included
30 min

Unused update time doesn’t roll over. Extra work is always quoted first.

Not included

Any of these can be quoted separately. You provide your business info, photos, logo, and approved copy unless content creation is in your proposal. Your signed service agreement — covering billing, renewals, cancellation, domain transfer, and support hours — governs our work together.

Fair questions

Straight answers.

What’s the difference between setup and monthly?+

Setup is a one-time charge to design and build your site. The monthly fee covers hosting, your domain, SSL, maintenance, backups, support, and 30 minutes of content updates each month — everything that keeps the site running.

Which plan should I pick?+

If you’d rather not pay anything upfront, the Website Subscription is $249/mo with a 12-month initial commitment. If you plan to keep your site for years, the Standard Website costs more upfront but less over time — it becomes the cheaper option starting in month 21. If you’re one of the first five clients, the Founding Client plan beats both.

Do I own my domain?+

Your domain is registered in your name wherever the registrar allows. I manage it and its settings while your service agreement is active. Renewals and transfers when service ends are spelled out in your agreement.

What counts as a minor content update?+

Changing your hours, swapping text or a photo, updating contact info, or small edits to existing pages. You get up to 30 minutes a month; unused time doesn’t roll over. Bigger work is $100/hour, quoted first. You can also make everyday edits yourself through the CMS.

Can I add more pages later?+

Yes. Additional standard pages are $150 each. Pages with custom features, heavy design, or integrations are quoted separately.

Are there any other costs?+

Only if you need them: third-party software, premium domains, messaging or AI usage fees. Those are listed in your written proposal before you sign anything.

Do you guarantee results?+

Rankings, traffic, and sales depend on many things, so we don’t promise a particular result. We focus on a thoughtfully built website, good search basics, ongoing care, and being available when you need help.

Good things start with a conversation

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell me about your business. I’ll recommend the plan that makes sense — even if it’s the cheaper one.
